Privacy Policy

Last updated: 14 August 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use and protect information when you use the SingleEyeVPN website and mobile applications (the “Service”).

1. Who we are

SingleEyeVPN is a pay-as-you-go VPN service operated by Gurvinderdev. For privacy questions or requests, contact:

Email: singleeyevpn@gmail.com

2. What information we collect

We process only the information needed to provide and secure the Service:

  • Account information – email address, username, authentication provider and a unique account identifier.
  • Pass and transaction information – product, purchase status, price, currency, purchase and expiry dates, and the transaction identifiers required to verify and restore a pass. Payment-card details are handled by Apple or Google and are not received by SingleEyeVPN.
  • Limited VPN service records – selected VPN route and country, connection status, connection start and end times, duration, and failure diagnostics. These records do not contain browsing activity or traffic content.
  • Pseudonymous device information – a randomly generated app installation identifier, connection state and selected route used to prevent an account being connected on more than one device at the same time. We do not upload the name you assigned to your device.
  • Network display information – the app may request your current public IP address and approximate city or country from IP lookup services so it can show whether your visible location changed after connecting. SingleEyeVPN does not add these lookup results to its cloud connection history.
  • Information you submit – details included in a support request, issue report, referral or waitlist submission.
  • Website technical information – our hosting provider may process standard request logs, including IP address, browser type and device information, to deliver and protect the website.

3. What the VPN does not log

SingleEyeVPN does not inspect, record or store the websites you visit, DNS requests, searches, messages, files, application activity, or the contents of traffic carried through the VPN tunnel. We do not use VPN data for advertising, tracking or profiling.

4. How we use information

We use your information for:

  • Create and secure your account, authenticate sign-ins and restore your data.
  • Verify purchases, activate passes and prevent transaction reuse or fraud.
  • Provision the selected VPN route and operate the encrypted connection.
  • Enforce the permitted number of simultaneous connected devices.
  • Display pass, connection history and connection-status information.
  • Diagnose failures, protect the Service from abuse and respond to support requests.

5. Service providers and sharing

We do not sell personal information and do not share it for advertising. We use the following providers only to operate the Service:

  • Google Firebase and Google Cloud for authentication, database storage, server functions and App Check protection.
  • VPNResellers for VPN account provisioning and server infrastructure. It receives pseudonymous VPN credentials and the selected server information needed to establish and carry the VPN connection.
  • Apple and Google for app distribution, purchase processing and transaction verification.
  • ipify and ipapi for the optional public-IP and approximate location display in the app.
  • Netlify for hosting and securing the public website.

These providers process information under their own security and privacy obligations. VPN traffic may pass through infrastructure in the location you select. Other service information may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.

6. Legal bases for UK and EEA users

Depending on the information and context, we rely on:

  • Contract – to create your account, activate a pass and provide the VPN Service.
  • Legitimate interests – to secure, maintain and troubleshoot the Service and prevent abuse.
  • Legal obligations – for records we must retain under applicable law.
  • Consent – where you voluntarily request communications or where consent is otherwise required.

7. Retention

We keep account and service records while your account is active and for only as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. You can delete your account from the app. Some purchase, security or provider records may be retained where required for fraud prevention, dispute resolution or legal obligations.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal data, including:

  • Access – to ask what data we hold about you.
  • Correction – to fix inaccurate information.
  • Deletion – to ask us to delete your details.
  • Objection or restriction – to object to or restrict certain uses.

You can delete your SingleEyeVPN account from Settings in the app. To exercise another right or ask a privacy question, email singleeyevpn@gmail.com.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect the information we hold. No system can be 100% secure, but we aim to keep things simple, limited and well-protected.

10. Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as SingleEyeVPN evolves. When we make material changes, we’ll update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may share a notice via email or in the app.
